Im get stronger
Ive gotton a tiny bit stronger
And im able to put up my energy points from 45 to 50 ^^
(energy points is this system thingy I use to make sure I do the right amount of activity and rest )

And im getting phisio next Thursday
Since people with chronic fatigue get muscle aches and pains
But I don’t really get a lot of pain
Im going so they can teach me little exercises I can to to make my physical strength stronger


Arrghhh
The weathers been HORRIBLE for the past couple days
Gales of up to 80 miles an hour O.o
In other places it knocked down trees and ripped off parts of roofs
With the strong wind was rain too very heavy rain plummeting down
But its ok now
As im typing this the sun is popping out the clouds ^^
Calm after the storm~
