so im trying a semi realsim style at the moment
because i have the feeling when i do art in college my art teacher wont like manga ^^;

but ill never stop drawing manga ill just do semi-realsim on the side :D

this was a quick small drawing in a sketch book with
and quickly coloured on photoshop >3<
i really like the effect of not inking it ^^

didnt take me very long either and im really happy with the results ^^

originally there were other drawings i tried in a semi realistic style but this one was the best, sorry its so small ^^;

i cant remember where i got the brushes but i know it was here on dA >.<

Gorgeous! That's a good idea learning how to do realistic drawings, it will actually help you draw in the more cartoonish manga style. I learned this before I did comic work. Way to go...reach for your dreams!

This is gorgeous! I really love her eyes and her mouth especially. The colouring is great too! :heart:

To be honest, I almost prefer this to your anime art, though that art is also good. This is so nice! Well done!
